**Together in Caring \| Albany, NY** **Part\-Time \| 25–30 Hours/Week \| Starting at $30/Hour** Together in Caring is seeking an outgoing, experienced **Community Relations Specialist** to help grow our presence, professional relationships, and increase referrals throughout the Capital Region. This is a relationship\-driven business development role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and representing an organization in the community. You’ll develop and strengthen relationships with professionals who serve older adults and their families, helping to continue to make Together in Caring a trusted resource when their clients, patients, residents, or families need guidance and geriatric care management support. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective referral sources throughout the Capital Region * Conduct consistent outside sales and business development outreach (in person and creatively) * Develop relationships with senior living communities, elder law attorneys, wealth advisors, healthcare professionals, social workers, home care organizations, aging\-service providers, and other community partners * S...
