AHNTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced **Facilities Maintenance Project Manager / Contract Manager** to lead a newly established facilities maintenance and repair operation supporting government\-owned relocatable facilities at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This is an on\-site, hands\-on management position responsible for the daily execution of a multi\-discipline facility maintenance contract. The successful candidate will manage a small core AHNTECH team, while coordinating qualified specialty subcontractors when additional licensed or specialized trade support is required. The contract covers a broad range of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural/building envelope, architectural components, fire and life\-safety systems, emergency generators, and intrusion/security systems. This position is well suited for a facilities manager who is comfortable both **managing the contract and being actively involved in day\-to\-day field operations**.
