**Tennis Director – Homeowners Association (HOA) Community** **Reports to:** Community Association Manager **Employment type:** Full\-time **Location:** On\-site at HOA tennis and racquet facility **Position Summary** The Tennis Director leads all tennis and racquet programming for the community. This person manages court operations, runs programs for all ages and ability levels, builds a welcoming social environment, and ensures the facility is safe, well maintained, and financially sustainable. The role combines teaching, program management, customer service, and light administration. **Key Responsibilities** **Programming \& Instruction** * Design and run year\-round programming: private and semi\-private lessons, group clinics, adult leagues, round robins, mixers, and junior programs * Offer a pathway for all levels, from beginners to competitive players, including youth development and a junior team or camp * Coach and teach personally, delivering a minimum number of lessons per week * Organize events such as tournaments, social nights, and holiday events. **Facility \& Court Operations** * Oversee court reservations, scheduling, and booking system * Enforce court rules, etiqu...
