Attune Homes is seeking an **Assistant Project Manager – Field Operations / Skilled Carpenter** to support residential construction projects throughout Wake, Durham, Orange, Granville, and Chatham counties. Current projects are primarily located in Raleigh, Durham, and Granville County. Attune Homes specializes in **high\-performance and healthy custom homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and remodels**. **Compensation:** Starting at $24/hour, depending on experience **Schedule:** Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start **Initial arrangement:** 1099 contractor **Benefits of the role:** Vehicle stipend for pickup truck or use of company vehicle (in 2027\), opportunity for increased income, advancement, and performance\-based bonuses **Target start date:** By November 15 We are looking for an **entrepreneurial self\-starter** who thrives with a balance of autonomy and guidance.
