**Position Summary** The Treasurer manages cash availability, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and authorized payment execution. The position monitors deposits and Comdata/Trendar settlements, maintains reliable cash forecasts, and safeguards banking activities through established financial controls. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances across business entities. * Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts covering payroll, vendor payments, debt service, and capital expenditures. * Execute approved ACH payments, wire transfers, and account transfers. * Monitor store deposits and investigate missing or delayed receipts. * Reconcile Comdata/Trendar settlements, fees, adjustments, and bank deposits. * Review cash\-related accounting records in PDI Enterprise and coordinate reconciliation with accounting. * Manage bank account administration, authorized signers, and banking services. * Track financing obligations and repayment schedules. * Coordinate payment timing and funding requirements with AP and leadership. * Maintain controls over banking access, payment approvals, and changes to payment instructions. * Escalate liquidity ...
