Our Talent Operations team is redefining scale through AI and automation. Over the past year we have automated high\-volume work like interview scheduling, streamlined our ATS workflows and used AI tools to document our processes and put answers at our team's fingertips. The result is a lean, high\-leverage team that supports hiring across the US, Portugal, India, the Philippines and beyond. And we are just beginning, as we launch additional AI tools as we speak. We are looking for an energetic self\-starter to lead the next chapter. You get genuinely excited about AI, automation and great systems, and you love finding better ways to work. You will own our recruiting tools, lead a small global team, and build the processes that make hiring run smoothly worldwide. You see a manual process and are already thinking about how to automate it.
