We are looking for qualified individuals with residential construction background to perform estimating and project management duties. **Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage insurance restoration projects from lead generation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Estimate construction costs accurately using industry\-standard software such as Xactimate. * Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. * Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills to generate reports, communicate project updates, and analyze data. * Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations throughout the construction process. * Assist and support all co\-workers and cross train when required.
