Description: FMI's Training Institute Performance programs team is seeking a Director of Business Growth \& Operations to own and scale the business performance of FMI's experiential learning programs — the Project Manager Academy (PMA) and Construction Business Academy (CBA), with a mandate to develop and launch new offerings over time. This role owns the end\-to\-end operations of each program — from financial performance to day\-to\-day training delivery — operating it as a business. The Director builds and leads the team and systems that support scale, and partners closely with subject\-matter facilitators to bring programs to market — with the opportunity to facilitate personally as capacity allows. For more than 70 years, FMI has partnered with organizations across the built environment to develop exceptional leaders and build stronger, more profitable businesses. Experience in or adjacent to the built environment is preferred, but strong program or business\-unit leadership experience from other industries will be considered.
