**Summary** Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit! **Schedule** * 24 hours per two weeks * Mix of 8\-hour and 12\-hour rotating shifts Includes every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays * **Pay** * Pay based on experience and degree + Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43\.24 per hour + Bachelors in nursing starting at $43\.61 per hour + Masters in nursing starting at $45\.79 per hour Full pay range: $43\.24 \- $65\.47 per hour * **Qualifications** * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. * Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota. * Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice. * Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, public, and other providers. * A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process.
