Responsibilities: The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Related Digital finance team in evaluating, structuring, and monitoring the financial performance of our data center projects. * Assist in building and updating financial models for prospective and active projects * Support due diligence on capital costs, revenue assumptions, and project returns * Assist with preparing materials for investment committee and lender presentations * Attend cross\-functional meetings with internal teams, including development, construction, and energy * Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and research on market comparables and financing structures Qualifications: Related's Summer Analyst Program aims to train and evaluate the next generation of leaders.
