**Part\-Time Content Creator \& Social Media Assistant** We are looking for a reliable and motivated **Content Creator \& Social Media Assistant** to help create and manage content for our growing construction/telecommunications company. This is a **part\-time position, approximately 3–4 days per week**. You will spend time in the field filming our crews, equipment, projects, and day\-to\-day operations, then turn that footage into content for our social media pages. **Responsibilities** * Film videos and take photos of our work **3–4 days per week** * Create and edit short\-form videos such as **TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts** * Post content **daily across all company social media accounts** * Help manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms * Come up with video ideas, hooks, captions, and content concepts * Organize photos and videos for future posts * Help grow our social media presence and keep our pages active * Capture our crews, equipment, machinery, job sites, projects, and behind\-the\-scenes content * Follow current social media trends and find creative ways to use them for our company **Who We’re Looking Fo...
