**Job Summary:** Production operates on a two‑shift schedule \- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT First shift: 6:00 AM start (supervisors expected onsite by 5:30 AM) Second shift: 4:30 PM start (supervisors expected onsite by 4:00 PM) Supervisors typically work 9–10 hour days, accounting for pre‑ and post‑shift responsibilities. Weekend availability is required, including potential Sundays if production needs require it. We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the factory floor.
