**SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER — CHRIS WILLIAMSON** Location: Austin, Texas (in person) Pay: $80,000–$125,000/year Travel: Approximately 25–50% of the year **About the Role** Chris Williamson, host of Modern Wisdom, is looking for an exceptionally driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to take complete ownership of his personal brand across social media. The most important thing to understand about this role: **we are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do.** We want someone with an almost unreasonable level of initiative. You’re constantly spotting opportunities, pitching ideas, testing formats, capturing moments, and thinking three steps ahead. You should be bringing more ideas to Chris than he has time to execute, not waiting for him to come up with content for you. Think less “social media manager sitting at a desk” and more creative right\-hand with a camera, great instincts, and extreme ownership.
