Responsibilities * Function as the team lead when supervisor is not present by answering employee questions, troubleshooting problems, and promoting efficient operations. * Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment. * Directs and coordinates the activities of the warehouse operators in loading and unloading trucks and proper handling of various products. * Assists warehouse operators when needed to ensure customer satisfaction. * Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse. * Assists in training new and current operators.
