**JOB SUMMARY** Develop and maintain scalable financial, operational, and revenue cycle reporting tools that improve decision\-making across the organization. Supports budget development and variance analysis related to revenue cycle, productivity, operational expenses, capital expenditures audit, and compliance. **PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONS** includes the following, other duties may be assigned: * Develop, maintain, and oversee annual operating and capital budgets. * Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages for leadership review. * Conduct detailed variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. * Perform revenue cycle reporting to support operational and financial performance. * Develop and maintain productivity reporting tools and metrics to monitor workforce efficiency and resource utilization. * Create and manage interactive dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and support data\-driven decision\-making. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical systems. * Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, increa...
