### **Job Description:** **Lead Bid Manager – Saab Training \& Simulation (T\&S), Orlando, FL** Saab, Inc.’s Training \& Simulation (T\&S) business is expanding its U.S. market presence and is seeking a Lead Bid Manager to support its Orlando\-based Capture organization. This role is critical to supporting ongoing pursuits and enhancing bid execution across the U.S. portfolio in close coordination with existing corporate proposal capabilities. The Lead Bid Manager will operate across the full bid lifecycle in accordance with Saab’s Win Business process, supporting both early\-stage opportunity activities and active proposals. This is not a traditional Proposal Manager role. It is a broader position responsible for coordinating, shaping, and delivering competitive bids, while ensuring alignment with established proposal processes and organizational standards.
