Audit Director is responsible for assisting the CAE in overseeing the Company’s independent, objective review function (Internal Audit Department) established to examine and evaluate the Company’s system of internal controls. The Audit Director leads multiple audit managers who in turn lead a team of auditors. The duties include directing a comprehensive audit program of operational and financial audit projects; providing consulting services to the organization’s management and staff; providing direction for development of the Annual Audit Plan; and providing ongoing training, coaching and supervision to Internal Audit staff.
