**Position Summary** We're looking for a hands\-on Accounting Manager to oversee our day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure our books are accurate, timely, and well organized. You'll report to the President/CEO and play a key role in the monthly close, financial reporting, and keeping our accounting processes running efficiently. **Growth Opportunity** This role offers the opportunity to grow into a more senior position, including Controller. Advancement will depend on the candidate's desire and proven ability to contribute to and grow with the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger entries * Lead the month\-end and year\-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations * Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules * Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis * Monitor cash flow and complete bank and credit card reconciliations * Follow and improve internal controls and accounting procedures * Prepare documentation for outside CPAs for reviews, audits, and tax filings * Ensure accurate job costing, billing, and compliance with GAAP and sales ...
