The core responsibilities of this role include: coordinate the activities of warehouse staff. Work alongside the supervirsor to assign daily tasks and shift schedules to team members. Train new employees and support cross\-training efforts. Ensure accurate receiving, picking, and shipping of customer goods. Shift: Second (2nd) Group Coordinator Lead Schedule: Monday \- Thursday 4:30pm\-3:00am Pay: $22\.35 per hour \+ $1\.00 shift premium In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience * Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse experience * Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put\-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack\-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas. * This is a working\-lead role.
