**Position Summary** The Vice President of Strategy provides enterprise leadership for the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous refinement of Methodist Healthcare Ministries’ multi\-year strategy. The position translates organizational priorities into actionable plans, performance measures, and decision\-support processes that enable leadership and the Board of Directors to assess progress, allocate resources, and advance MHM’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, and long\-term strategic direction. **Scope and Impact** * Provides leadership for enterprise strategic planning across MHM’s 74\-county service area and coordinates the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic initiatives across the organization. * Collaborates across departments and with executive leadership to align organizational priorities, operational plans, performance measures, financial considerations, and resources with MHM’s strategic direction. * Develops and manages department’s operating budget and directly supervises assigned team members.
