Role Summary \- The Logistics Team Lead will oversee end\-to\-end logistics operations across the North America region, managing a team of 20 professionals while serving as a key client\-facing leader. Key Responsibilities – . Leadership \& Team Management. Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20\+ logistics professionals. Managing day\-to\-day activities of routers/planners \& shipment coordinators. * Manage workforce planning, cross\-training, resource allocation, and coverage schedules. Drive employee performance, engagement, development, and succession planning. * Handle operational escalations and ensure timely issue resolution. Client \& Stakeholder Management and act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. * Ensure delivery of KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments. Conduct Monthly Operating Reviews and present operational performance, risks, and improvement plans. * Build strong partnerships with business, project, sourcing, finance, and logistics service providers.
