The engineer is expected to turn research objectives into well\-controlled experiments, deliver trustworthy test results, and help improve material formulations and processing methods. **Key responsibilities** * Prepare, mix, cast, consolidate and cure polymer concrete specimens with consistent methods and full batch traceability. * Execute experimental plans; document formulation, raw materials, processing conditions and test parameters. * Perform or coordinate compression, flexural, bond, granulometry and other material tests in accordance with applicable ASTM methods. * Characterize materials using techniques such as viscosity, DSC, FTIR, granulometry and density/packing measurements. * Analyze experimental data, quantify variability, investigate outliers and summarize findings with practical recommendations. * Develop and maintain SOPs, test records, equipment logs,...
