**Senior Tax Accountant** **Elite Tax and Accounting** **$100,000 annual base salary plus additional earning potential** **Full\-time, year\-round** Elite Tax and Accounting is a Utah\-based firm serving individuals, business owners, and real estate professionals nationwide. We’re hiring a Senior Tax Accountant who can prepare and review returns, manage client relationships, and handle tax and accounting questions independently. You’ll work directly with the owner and tax manager, supported by our tax preparation, bookkeeping, and administrative team. You’ll take responsibility for an assigned group of clients and have opportunities to grow that portfolio and earn additional compensation tied to client growth and retention. You will prepare and review individual, S\-corporation, and partnership returns, research tax questions, identify planning opportunities, and explain recommendations to clients. You’ll manage assignments through completion, monitor deadlines, and keep clients informed about their work.
