As a startup, being a self\-starter and big\-thinker is critical as this entry role is designed to scale as we strive to offer the world’s most unique and exotic plants to everyday people. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of plant health with experience in ecommerce logistics/shipping. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate receiving and restocking of plant inventory * Support material procurement of associated packaging and office supplies * Daily confirmation and processing \+ packing ecommerce orders * Daily tending and caring for plant nursery stock * Partner with leadership team in innovating packaging materials, formats and solutions * Develop processes for the above mentioned tasks to further scale role **Qualifications** * 1\-3 years of plant/horticulture experience * Time management and prioritization skills * Strong attention to detail and high bar for quality * Basic understanding of ecommerce systems and/or willingness to learn (Shopify, Amazon) * English language proficiency Comments: * $17\-19/hour * 25\-35 hours/week * Role can scale ...
