Master Schedule \& Resource Planning · Own and maintain the companywide master schedule for all awarded, active, and near\-term projects; update it weekly and whenever material changes occur. · Track mobilization, submittals, material lead times, production phases, inspections, punch, and closeout milestones. · Forecast weekly labor needs by project, phase, crew size, and skill set; identify conflicts or shortages early and coordinate staffing adjustments. · Compare actual progress with contractual milestones, document delays, develop recovery plans, and promptly escalate risks or decisions needed. · Lead the weekly master\-schedule review and communicate approved schedule changes to leadership, field teams, and affected stakeholders. Project Execution \& Field Coordination · Review contracts, estimates, scope, exclusions, drawings, specifications, schedules, and turnover documents before work begins. · Prepare project budgets, execution plans, submittal and procurement logs, staffing plans, and short\-term schedules. · Lead project kickoffs; ensure foremen understand scope, production goals, quality standards, logistics, documentation, and safety requirements. · Coordinate labor, ...
