**Overview** **Ridings Law Firm is a growing Missouri law practice, and we're looking for a Legal Intake CRM Administrator to run the system that turns online leads into clients.** **Leads come to us from Google Ads and Facebook Ads and are routed into Glade.ai. You'll make sure every lead is contacted quickly, followed up with consistently, and set up correctly in Clio once they hire us.** **Pay: $15–$25 per hour, depending on experience.** **What you'll do:** **\- Administer our Glade.ai account: workflows, pipelines, automations, templates and user access** **\- Check new leads daily and confirm each one is assigned and contacted fast** **\- Build and maintain follow\-up sequences (text, email, call tasks) for leads who haven't hired yet** **\- Manage the Glade.ai\-to\-Clio handoff so new clients have a matter opened in Clio within 24 hours** **\- Work with our intake and sales team to keep lead statuses and payment follow\-up current** **\- Track lead source, response time and conversion, and send a short weekly report to the attorney** **\- Fix broken automations, document processes, and train team members** **\- Keep all client information strictly confidential** **Requiremen...
