**Why this role exists** Vinx Pest Control is making a major investment in marketing. Historically, much of our growth came from door\-to\-door sales. We’re now working to drive more of that growth through local SEO, paid ads, referrals, email, and other channels we can measure and improve. We’re looking for a hands\-on person who loves figuring out what works, using AI to get more done, and helping us decide where to spend our money. **Why this could be a great move from an agency** You’ll get to go deep with one growing brand instead of jumping between accounts. You’ll work across multiple channels, see what happens after a lead comes in, and have the time and access to improve the full picture. You’ll work directly with the owner and have a real voice in our marketing decisions. **What you’ll own** * **Attribution and reporting:** Connect spend to leads, qualified leads, sales, and subscription growth by channel and market. Keep UTMs, call tracking numbers, forms, and lead sources clean and useful.
