### **Position Summary** The **Bilingual Operations Supervisor (English/Spanish)** is responsible for overseeing facility and project operations (specifically supporting major client contracts), ensuring that all activities are properly staffed, organized, and completed efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, compliant recruitment practices, organizational, communication, and bilingual coordination skills to source, onboard, and manage teams responsible for unloading trucks, breaking down and organizing pallets, and handling material handling/stocking tasks.
