Job Description: **Guard II \| First, Second and Third Shifts** Shields Point, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has opportunties for **full\-time Guard II** in Huntsville, AL. The Guard II will serve as the working shift supervisor for the Vendor guard force at Redstone Arsenal. Directs Security Guard I personnel during assigned shifts under the oversight of Acuity’s Site Supervisor(s) and Project Manager; ensures 100% post coverage, post\-order compliance, readiness, and reporting; and performs all Guard I access\-control duties as required. The Guard II is the first line of accountability for shift performance, conduct, and incident response. **All Security Guard I duties, plus:** * Direct and supervise the guard force during assigned shifts under Acuity site oversight; manage a shift of eight or more guards across multiple gates and posts. * Conduct guard mount/shift briefings; verify fitness for duty, uniform and equipment condition, license/credential currency, and post assignments before posting. * Ensure 100% coverage of required posts for the entire shift; execute the relief plan and adjust assignments to cover absences without uncovered posts; notify Company management and...
