Role : Civil Engineer (Land Development) Location : Doylestown , Pennsylvania (office\-based, flexible work model) Job Type: Full\-Time, Direct Hire Salary : Best in industry Experience : Approximately 2\-3\+ years Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Engineer in Training (EIT) designation. (Civil 3D), ideally EIT Work Authorization : no visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship. License : Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required, Pennsylvania PE preferred Position Overview : Design of private subdivision and land development projects across residential, retail, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The role works independently on smaller projects and supports Senior Designers and Project Managers on larger ones. Key Responsibilities : Prepare sketch plans, site plans, grading plans, utility plans, roadway plans and utility profile plans.
