**Position Summary** The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the company's warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and other warehouse operations. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Quality, R\&D, Manufacturing, Finance, and Project Management to ensure materials are available and issued to support clinical and commercial manufacturing while optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. **Essential Responsibilities** * Execute warehouse operations including Shipping, Receiving, Storage, Inventory Control, Material Issuance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory Tracking. Identify and report gaps. * EHS/Compliance – Take responsibility for safety and demonstrate courage to hold each other accountable. * Order \& maintain warehouse material inventory levels at target levels and report on cycle count results \& cost exceptions monthly. * Verifies required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted. * Take ownership of and integrate both the GMP \& R\&D Warehouse strategy execution. * Continuously build experience \& knowledge of current Good Manufacturing...
