We are looking to add a Project Engineer to our team. This position offers flexibility to be based out of our St. James, LA or Norco, LA branch. Applicants should be highly motivated, hard\-working individuals who hold safety as their number one priority. **Responsibilities** * Perform a job site visit to assess jobsite and review job scope with client. * Utilize computer aided design software to draw the crane, matting, rigging, load, and jobsite. * Determine the proper crane size, type and configuration. * Determine the proper rigging size, type and capacity. * Determine the necessary matting to achieve an allowable ground bearing pressure. * Assemble lift plan packets with all required details and drawings. * Review the lift plan with client and field personnel performing the work. * Relay all relevant job costs and pricing considerations to the sales and/or operations team. **Qualifications** * Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Design Drafting, or other related discipline.
