This is a hands\-on project for someone who has successfully developed, implemented, and trained teams on operating systems in a coffee, quick\-service restaurant, fast\-casual, or comparable franchise environment. We need more than recommendations. We need someone who can identify operational gaps, build practical solutions, implement them alongside our team, and verify that they work.
