As an ED/ICU Clinical Pharmacist at Avera, you'll practice at the top of your license as a key member of emergency and critical care teams, providing bedside clinical expertise for some of the hospital's most critically ill patients. **What You'll Do** * Respond to traumas, stroke alerts, and medical emergencies * Participate in multidisciplinary ICU rounds and provide real\-time pharmacotherapy recommendations * Support safe use of high\-risk medications during resuscitations, bedside procedures, and critical care interventions * Lead antimicrobial stewardship efforts and culture follow\-up as part of a collaborative practice agreement * Precept pharmacy residents and students while contributing to clinical education initiatives **You Belong at Avera** **Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients.
