### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 24, 2026 * Length: 26 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a not\-for\-profit community organization, requiring an active VT or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience. ### **Details** * Home health and hospice setting serving individuals of all backgrounds * Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday * 26\-week assignment length ### **Requirements** * Active VT or compact RN license required * BLS certification required * Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required ### **Additional Information** * Provide individualized, goal\-oriented nursing care in accordance with physician orders * Serve as Case Manager when this role is the lead discipline * Deliver health promotion, long\-term care, and maternal\-and\-child health services within the community
