About the Role FII is a GROWING company and talented team players are wanted! We handle FF\&E coordination mostly for hotels and other hospitality projects as well. We are seeking an exceptionally detail\-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to help with our day\-to\-day shipping, tracking, and vendor communication operations. This is a high\-volume, fast\-paced role where accuracy is critical. The ideal candidate thrives in a communication\-heavy environment and is comfortable sending, receiving, and managing hundreds of emails per day, as approximately 90% of our vendor communication is conducted via email. If you lack extreme attention to detail or struggle with managing a massive daily inbox, this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities · **High\-Volume Email Management:** Manage, prioritize, and respond to hundreds of daily emails from vendors, carriers, and internal teams with speed and extreme accuracy. · **Shipment Tracking \& Scheduling:** Track Less\-Than\-Truckload (LTL) shipments in real time and update delivery schedules daily. · **Freight Booking:** Book LTL trucks efficiently with carriers.
