**Development \& Volunteer Manager** The Development \& Volunteer Manager provides primary support to the Director of Development and plays an important role in donor stewardship, fundraising events, in\-kind donations, and volunteer management at Gladden Community House. This position supports fundraising activities, database management, donor communications, and event planning. The Development \& Volunteer Manager also leads Gladden’s volunteer program, including recruiting, coordinating, communicating with, and recognizing volunteers. The Development \& Volunteer Manager works closely with the CEO, Development Department, Board, and other senior staff to support the organization’s fundraising and community engagement efforts. **Role Description** This is a salaried position, based on 30 to 40 hours per week.
