We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at our medical spas in West Hartford, Trumbull and Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical setting. **Job Expectations:** * Assist in various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skincare treatments. * Check\-in and check out clients. * Perform Phlebotomy * Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well\-stocked and sanitized. * Educate patients on pre\- and post\-procedure care instructions. * Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. * Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. * Handle clients inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow\-ups with professionalism and courtesy. * Work hours: 9:30 \-6:30 pm Wed\-Fri, possible Tuesdays in the future **Requirements:** * Positive work attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care. * Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, including minimal cancellations and days off. * Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record\-keeping...
