**POSITION SUMMARY** This role is responsible serving as a senior strategic partner to the CMO and leading and streamlining marketing operations establishing the governance, operating rhythms, resources, budgets, agency model, workflows, and launch disciplines needed to drive focus, discipline, speed, and accountable execution. Partners with the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to prioritize high\-value opportunities, align teams and resources, and ensure programs are sufficiently financially viable, operationally executable, teams are aligned around shared priorities, and ready for successful systemwide launch and execution. **KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:** ***Marketing Leadership Operations*** Translates Marketing priorities into clear organizational priorities, workstreams, milestones, owners, and operating plans.
