**Job Title:** Marketing Specialist \-CRM \& Lifecycle **Primary Supervisor:** Chief Brand Officer **Status:** Part\-Time, Non\-Exempt **Job Summary** The CRM \& Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator supports Crispy Cones’ email, SMS, and app marketing efforts. Working closely with the Chief Brand Officer, this position helps create, schedule, analyze, and optimize customer communications that drive engagement, repeat visits, sales, and retention. This role is ideal for a current college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands\-on experience in CRM and digital marketing. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Assist in managing Crispy Cones’ email, SMS, and app push notification marketing through Klaviyo. * Create and execute campaigns supporting promotions, new flavor drops, seasonal initiatives, store events, and customer engagement efforts. * Assist with building and maintaining automated Klaviyo flows based on customer purchase behavior and data from Square. * Create and manage customer segments based on location, purchase history, interests, engagement, and other customer behaviors. * Support targeted campaigns designed to increase sales, repeat visits, customer retent...
