**Job Summary** --------------- The Delivery Coordinator is passionate about medical Cannabis, provides product knowledge to our patients and explains the benefits of buying specific products. The Delivery Coordinator will deal directly organizing and having a delivery team facilitate all orders. The Delivery Coordinator will oversee the entire delivery team and delivery drivers. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained as per state regulations\- delegate routes to appropriate delivery teams. * Plan and follow local routes and time schedules \- manage Onfleet program. * Maintain professional communication with customers to relay times of arrival and status updates * Ensure team’s high service standards are met for online pickup and delivery orders * Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle * Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints * Complete logs and reports\- on the spot rectification of any discount, CanPay \& dispensation issues. * Responsible for dispensing medication via the OMMUR. * Follow DOT...
