**Job Summary** The Applications team within Risk \& Performance Engineering builds the flagship applications our clients rely on every day, such as Trade Blotter, Beacon Quote and Risk Workstation. Most are developed in Python on our in\-house Glint SDK, with a growing number of React applications backed by Python services. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will own projects from scoping through to delivery, working across the full stack and with teams across the business. We want a self\-starter with high engineering standards and a real commitment to our clients. We use AI agents, including Claude Code, to accelerate development safely, and you will do the same while taking full ownership of the code you deliver. Responsibilities * Own projects end to end, from scoping and sequencing through to execution, rollout and delivery. * Drive work forward with minimal oversight, coordinating with other teams to keep it on track. * Design, build, deploy and maintain simple, well\-structured, thoroughly tested code in Python and React, including the Glint SDK. * Use AI agents such as Claude Code to speed up development, reviewing and taking ownership of all output to meet our...
