Overview: **Maintenance Manager** Supply Chain – Facilities Maintenance **Position Summary** The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance activities at the Enfield, CN DC to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of building systems, material handling equipment (MHE), and facility infrastructure. This role provides site‑level leadership for preventive maintenance programs, equipment uptime, vendor coordination and compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Facilities Maintenance while partnering closely with the Facility Director, Maintenance \& Engineering Support, and Engineering. **Primary Responsibilities** * Lead and manage preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, PIT and HVAC equipment to support safe operation and minimize unplanned downtime. * Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for Maintenance Supervisor and indirect leadership for hourly maintenance associates. * Partner with Operations leadership to plan and schedule maintenance, installations, and improvement activities in a manner that supports service levels and operational requirements. * Own ...
