**Summary of Position:** This new position will be responsible for strategic marketing and communications with both internal and external target audiences, including but not limited to current and prospective donors, prospective homebuyers, ReStore customers and donors, volunteers, media and the general public. This Director will work closely with team members who oversee Development (fundraising), Construction, Homeowner Services and ReStore programs, helping all achieve annual and long\-range operating and mission goals. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** ***Strategic Marketing \& Communications*** · Develop and implement annual and long\-range marketing and communications strategies that support HFHCA's mission, programs, fundraising goals, ReStores, and organizational priorities. · Develop the annual marketing and communications budget and manage departmental expenditures to maximize reach and effectiveness. · Monitor marketing, communications, digital, and nonprofit\-sector trends and recommend new strategies, platforms, and opportunities as appropriate. · Use website, social media, email, advertising, and other performance data to evaluate communications efforts and m...
