**Description:** NSI requires a Journeyman Maintenance Level Reform Subject Matter Expert (SME) Lead to support the Cost and Demand Management (CDM) Division. This is a senior technical leader responsible for identifying cost reduction opportunities and optimizing material demand across the Naval Aviation Enterprise. This role supervises a geographically dispersed team of regional SMEs, develops initiatives to enhance repair capabilities, and provides strategic direction for I\-Level reform. The SME Lead analyzes maintenance data, validates repair codes, conducts cost\-benefit analyses, and coordinates with supply and engineering stakeholders. The position requires expert\-level knowledge of naval aviation maintenance and supply, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.
