We offer top pay and benefits in a positive work environment. **The Opportunity** We are currently seeking a dedicated **Registered Nurse** **What You Will Do** * Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans * Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time * Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review * Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs * Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports * Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards * Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., confusion, fever, breathing difficulty, pain, appetite changes, mobility loss...
