**Job Description** Paid social is one of the most important ways B2B buyers discover, evaluate, and engage with software brands before they ever speak with Sales. At Sage, we’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Manager to own how paid social supports demand generation, pipeline, and revenue across North America. This role sits within the Performance Media team and is focused on strategy, planning, execution, testing, optimization, and performance measurement across paid social channels. You will lead paid social programs across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels, with a clear focus on reaching the right audiences, improving creative performance, and driving high\-quality leads, sales\-qualified opportunities, pipeline, and return on investment. This is a hands\-on performance marketing role for someone who understands that strong paid social is not just media buying.
