**Role:** This position works as a member of the data analytics department. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for understanding department reporting needs and transforms those needs into accurate and meaningful business insights. The Senior Data Analyst develops reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support strategic and operational decision\-making across the credit union. This position collaborates closely with business units throughout the organization to understand reporting needs, identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and make data\-driven recommendations.
