Executive Director **Claremont Soup Kitchen, Inc.** **Full\-Time \| Salaried** **Benefits: Paid Time Off and Health Insurance Stipend** OVERVIEW Claremont Soup Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and hands\-on **Executive Director** to lead the organization and help carry out our mission of serving individuals and families in our community with dignity and respect. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall day\-to\-day leadership and management of the organization. This position oversees operations, finances, employees and volunteers, fundraising, grants, donor relations, community partnerships, and organizational communications. This is a highly visible and hands\-on leadership position. The Executive Director must be comfortable balancing administrative and leadership responsibilities with the day\-to\-day needs of a busy community organization. This includes ensuring scheduled meal services and other programs are delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently and being willing to step in and assist with operations when needed.
