POSITION SUMMARY A highly organized and results\-driven Program Manager to lead cross\-functional initiatives within our heat exchange manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing complex customer programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timeline.
